I hope this doesn't throw you plan out of whack, but 328th could roll from F-193 and be at F-19 in 11-12 mins....its up to you.

F-221 on target F-19 at T+15

F-193 on target at T+11-12 mins...Both with Hvy 109 and 15K in alt
