Comrades,
It has been 15 months since the end of hostilities with Finland.
We have secured land in Finland and the Baltics that will provide security from German aggression.
After visiting Berlin, foreign minister Viacheslav Molotov has his doubts about Chancellor Hitler's commitment
to our non aggression pact.
RUSSIAN MISSION TARGETS
Be vigilant!
If Germany or Finland take any aggressive actions against our forces be ready to strike back.
Stalin has ordered the Russian army to hold the lines at any cost against the Finnish forces. Without proper supplies the enemy's advance should be weakened. Strike and destroy the Finnish supply depos to deal a blow to the enemy morale, and give our comrades on the ground the advantage they need.
