This thread has never been about Bill/4th getting preferential treatment, no where. Its ONLY been about the possibility of the 4th placing themselves into regular rotation of axis and allied, like the rest of us, giving jabo a better way to divide up sides.
I, as well as everyone else wishes to respect the 4th position of not flying axis......but the question still stands.......is the burden it places on every other squad that does take their turn, no matter their allied/axis origin.
Same goes for ANY squad who refuses to accept rotation.
Where would we be, if every squad felt the same way? If the 352nd said no, we wont fly axis, if JG 51, said no, we won't fly allied etc so forth and so on. then you have the same guys faced off against the same guys every single series...and its hard to build a positive interactive community.
We have all found, that the community is stronger by getting to know better the people we fly with/against...it keeps bad blood down.
THIS is the whole point of why this conversation got started.
Only the POSSIBLITY of the 4th taking rotation was asked, not the insistence.
If they cannot, well, then they cannot.
Now, I had never EVER considered Bill leaving the 4th. Now that he has, and is rotating around with different groups, I can indeed see the wisdom, PR wise of him doing so, as a way of building relationships ( as the owner) with all the squads.
( just trying to keep the thread on track)

I have no problem with the size of the figter squadrons. I would just like to see a even balance on each side during a series. Now, if history showed that one side had more than the other, well that should also be a factor so I don't want to make it so x-box like that we forget why we all fly the S3s. I also don't want it to be set up as a killing field for the fighters when the odds are 3 to 1.
