We need a clarification as soon as possible.

Are we not allowed to commit basings and missions north of the 5 line or the 6 line? what does "row" really mean on the map.
Is a row the squares? i.e. 4,5 - 5,5 - 6,5 square. If so we can operate in the 6,5 square and fly north until the horizontal 7-line.
Or are the targets north of the 5 line ilegal and we can't fly north of the 6 line?

Absolutely nothing North of the 5 line whatsoever. That's how I read it.

Sorry the 5 row is allowed for basing and targets. In the shaded area you cannot base or attack ground targets but you can fly into the shaded area, just not deep silly bugger missions please.

Its a grid row and a grid line. Nothing north of the 5 grid row and nothing north of the 6 line.
