Oragami Materials Available

The 352nd has a whole bunch of shredded rice paper available from wings which used to be attached to airplanes. Please see Crew Chief Coordinator, Master Sgt. Johnson, in our maintenance area, for all you can carry off.

I agree with the fragile wing issue. I lost 3 or 4 B25's to wings snapping off.

The developers either have it modeled wrong or need to take into account that we, sitting at home, don't feel the G's so have no possible way to know when to much is too much.

IMHO

This is important to follow up because the only global change that has been made prior to this event was reversing all the wings for all aircraft. Now maybe that has had some other unforeseen consequences. As far as I know Muzkyz is the first Allied player to complain of snapping wings but it is a fairly common complaint with the late war IJ fighters.

The B25 has been a issue since the last change. We just cope because we have other wingmen to jump to. everyone is always saying, dont pull to many G's.

Maybe its just me. diving, cant pull out if carrying bombs.

As I have also snapped off a wing in my Ki84 last night I was in a slight dive for speed and was pulling gently back to in a turn to get on the 6 of a F4U last night and noticed in the buffer "right wing blown off" where I was only going 534kph IAS (331mph) no creeking sounds or nothing and not even close to start blacking out or anything. Those 6 Corsairs were lucky I lost the the wing. <grin>

In one of our pilots' Frame 5 AAR and Series Summary:
"Bailed 4 times with no kill awarded; 3 broken wings and crazy swap-warp collision."

Please note sentence number two in the AAR. From an in-flight view, there is little doubt when the guy with the "CA Interface" changes airplanes as both the plane jumped from and the plane jumped to do bizarre stuff. The "original" plane just may warp to the extent that the system thinks it is where it isn't, and a collision results, OR the "jumped to" plane ends up on your six and firing at you.

It "used to was" that "too many" airplanes in a confined space caused problems due to a phenomenon referred to as "the 35 plane limit". (35 airplanes in any one square was not manageable by the System.) Somebody should determine if a horde of AI aircraft is seen similarly by the servers. It seems like on more than one occasion during the last Series that every airplane that was airborne was either escorting or attacking an AI horde in one square. Using another archaic reference, this one may take more than "two weeks" to sort out.

Had the exact same experience in the Frank in previous frames, Jugggo. Dove on a E/A around same speed, pulled slightly to flatten out dive & pop goes the wing, no warning. I parked the KI after that experience. Similar several squad mates broke wings in the George while rolling the plane, or applying "any" downward pressure on the elevator.

The KI84 should have our best all round fighter but seemed seriously handicapped by the paper wing issue.

Flew the J2M final frame. It was much more competitive and durable. Wish I had tried it earlier.

Yes for some reason the Raiden is more forgiving in a dive. I can get her to almost compress and slowly pull it out with out any issues. The only thing I wonder is I wonder if weight of fuel or should I say the % of fuel has anything to do with it.
