We will use this interpretation for the remaining frame and I will look at some of the discussions regarding changes.

We are having reports of violation of basics S3 rules regarding replaning after a death, bombing altitudes and teleporting after a death. Please review this individually and with your squad members.

A review of the basics:

All level bombers must drop ordinance from an attitude of 15k or higher. Only Bombers designed to dive bomb (Stuka/Swordfish) are allowed to drop under 15k.

All pilots have 3 lives. The pilot's 3 planes must be selected from the aircraft list assigned to their side (Axis or Allied). When a pilot loses his third life, he will not longer be allowed to fly. He/she will receive a "you have no more remaining lives" message.

A pilot that is shot down loses a life and use of the plane being flown. Therefore, he/she must select a new ride from remaining aircraft models. This is in effect for the whole frame.

A pilot that lands/ditches* anywhere, other than within ten miles of a friendly open field, LOSES that plane. To be clear, if you cannot take off from the place you landed,..for example a friendly, but closed field or open terrain), you lose a plane. If you have remaining lives, you MUST teleport back to your base and re-plane with a new aircraft (different from your lost plane). The planes selection can only come from remaining aircraft assigned to your side.

There is NO teleporting unless:
• you get killed - you lose life and plane.
• you land at a closed but friendly field - you remain alive, but lose plane
• you ditch* - you remain alive, but lose plane

* EXCEPTION: You are awarded a safe ditch if you ditch within 10 miles of a non-closed, friendly field or installation. You do not lose a life or your aircraft. No kill points are awarded.

Your exception does not jive with the previous post where you lose your plane but not your life with a safe ditch.
