I need some help with this. I've never used a LL before and I'm not really sure how this works.
HOG I'm not on the list but I had several kills (killed 2x) so I would think I'd be on the list. What am I missing?
WTC I'm listed first (1 disco damage and 1 KIA) and KT (1 bail and 1 KIA) I'm listed second so which should I use for my LL?
Does this help with getting a medal or a cup? Or both?
Do you have to stay alive for all 3 series to get a cup?
Thanks.
I usually just fly the darn airplane. This scoring stuff is complicated. :D

Points are higher the longer you stay alive, deaths almost wipe out kills if I remember right. BDA and frame COing help points too. In HOG you had two deaths, and 4 kills. You probably scored okay, but everyone else on the list died less or scored more.

Squad Badges are based on average points per pilot and average lifespan. Since a Disco with Damage is scored the same as KIA (I think) a LL in WTC probably wont boost too much, other than solidifying a first place medal (not too shabby). Using a LL on KT however would remove all your deaths for that series allowing you to put together a longer string of points per life (including WTC). Your position would increase your chances of medaling higher in back to back series as well, helping your Cup score.

By my foggy 8am calculations, using a LL on KT is better for you and your squad point average.

You are only on a list if you have 1 KIA.
You have 1 Lady Luck per Cup.
This will eliminate 1 KIA. If you have a KIA, you are not eligible for a medal.
In HOG, you either had no KIA's or 2 or more KIA's, not a good place to use a Lady Luck.
In WTC, if you are first on the List, you should use your Lady Luck there. This will help you in regards to a Medal for WTC as you can only get a Medal if you had no KIA's.
You can use your Lady Luck in KT instead of WTC, but you are 2nd on the list, I would tend to WTC myself.
Using a Lady Luck will help you with CUP awards and will help your squad for CUP awards. :)

ALSO, you must have flown 4 or 5 frames to get a medal, so if you didn't fly 4 or 5 frames, don't use your LL there.

Even if you don't qualify for a medal, a LL will help your squad for Cup Awards. (for example if you have no 1 KIA series use it on a 2 KIA series, will give your squad an extra 3 points) ;)

Mr. Beaver:
Pilot Hogjaw has been on extended TDY. If I can make a request in his behalf, please include him in the Lady Lucks for this Cup Series of Events.

He is part of your squad, I don't see any problem. Just let me know which series.

No problem Saspin. Took me a while to understand the rules and points.
