It's been a week and I can't remember exactly how things played out. Team Green was under represented, but dominated air-to-air fighting. Team Gold - Allied 10 pilots, 36 sorties F4F-4 - 25 sorties; 2 109F-4, 1 Fw-190A2 and 1 Ju88A-4 shot down; 10 aircraft lost TBF-1 - 11 sorties; 1 109F-4 shot down, 7 iron ore freighters sunk, 3 buildings destroyed at Bodo; 5+3 AI aircraft lost. Team Green - Axis 4 pilots, 17 sorties Bf 109F-4 - 12 sorties; 5 F4F-4, 4 TBF-1 shot down; 5 aircraft lost Fw 190A-2 - 4 sorties; 5 F4F-4 and 1 TBF-1 shot down; 1 aircraft lost Ju 88A-4 - 1 sortie; USS Ranger not spotted; 1 aircraft lost. Team Gold scored 14 VPs and leads the series 24 to 7. FRAME 4 SET-UP Frame 4 running this Sunday, 4 Dec 2022 at 2030hrs EST. Essentially a repeat of frame 3, except the Allies fly the SBD-5 instead of the TBF-1. Allied CO to advise on desired routing for capital ships. Arena will be open this week for practice. |
