GENSIT. The last remnants of the German 17th Army and Romanian Mountain troops are encircled within the fortress at Sevastopol. Axis troops ships, escorted by four Romanian destroyers, are attempting to evacuate as many troops as possible from the fortress and across the Black Sea to Constanta, Romania. The Soviet 2nd Guards Army and Separate Coastal Army are pressing the defenders hard.
The flyers of the 4th Air Army of the VVS must prevent the evacuation by sinking axis troop ships and destroying the port facilities (P40 and P41). The Eagles of JG52, flying from Chersonese airfield (F28) must stop the VVS from interfering with the evacuation.

Axis(LW) – Gold
Allied (VVS) - Red

Side assignments (see series info post). 13 VRAF should remain on the Soviet side. Depending on 352nd turnout, RCAF may join the axis for side balancing.
Comms - Axis should share the 4th FG channel on the iEN TeamSpeak server. Soviets should share the 352nd's channel.

Terrain – Crimea. Fields not tactically relevant to a frame will be set neutral. Airfield 181 will be set purple for initial arena log in.
Weather – clear.
Time - 1700hrs local time
Radar – 5 miles, min altitude 10 feet.
Max Flak Alt – 30,000ft

Objectives:
LW – Prevent the VVS from meeting their objectives.
VVS – Close both port facilities at Sevastopol (F40, F41) or close one port and sink all the ships in the evacuation convoy (4 AI DDs, 4 AI freighters ships).

Download inflight map here.

Ground Forces:
Nil.

Plane Set. Strike aircraft (Il-2) will have 1 AI wingman and the bomber login will be available (I have fixed it).
VVS – Il-2, La-5F, Yak-9D (P-39Q deleted)
LW – Bf109G-6, Bf-109G6/RVI (considered the same type for this frame)

Aircraft fielding:
Soviet
F233, F255 - all types
F220- Yak-9D only
Axis
F28 - Bf109G-6, Bf-109G6/RVI. All ground attack aircraft have relocated to Romania and are not available this frame.

Pilot Lives. Each pilot has three lives. Soviet pilots may fly two lives in strike aircraft (Il-2), otherwise only one life in each aircraft type. Soviet pilots may fly a maximum of three aircraft types. KIA, bail or ditch in an aircraft type results in loss of access to that type. Pilots may re-fly the same aircraft type if they have not lost a life in that aircraft (e.g. sortie in a La-5F, fly Yak-9D – crash, re-up La-5F). Axis pilots may fly three lives in any combination of Bf-10G6 or Bf-109G6/RVI.

Teleporting between fields is not permitted except after a pilot loss of life.

The arena may be open for practice if I am not actively working on the AI routines.

Open for questions, comments. As always, the Janitors reserve the right to adjust/interpret rules as needed.

Are careful review or relative a/c performance and kills/losses, to balance the axis loss of the 190F-8, Comrade Stalin has decided to move the P-39 units out of Crimea to fight away in the North West.
